Gear change question

Thanks for letting me join the Forum. I bought a Tacoma TRD 6Ft bed Off Road last week and have a question about towing. I don't plan on putting a lift kit on it for bigger tires but I plan to tow my Polaris RZR in a 7x14 dual axle enclosed trailer on occasion. I've read that it would be wise to have the differential gears replaced with either 4.88 or 5.29 ratio since the 6 speed automatic transmission and stock gears are way high. What would you do? Thank you. Mike.

You should be fine with only OV Tuning. On occasion I will tow the trailer below with about the same amount of weight. ECT mode handles it just fine.

You mentioned the OV tune. I'm new to Tacoma's so I had to look it up. I wonder if it would void my warranty....If I find out that it won't, how do you like yours?
