Yup, grab a tent, maybe some rock sliders, and get out there! If you need specific help on what to actually buy, just create a thread and we will be happy to guide you.

Front window tint is definitely in her future.. even though it's not approved in Cali..

Started out with some subtle necessities..
Yellow tinted the LED fogs, interior LED swap, debadged all chrome badging as well as interior warning stickers, also added a much needed dual USB port for the rear passengers!

I originally wanted to do the TRD pro grill but I must say, this new 2020 style looks too good! I will probably swap when I do the front facing camera set up. Most seem to only be available for that grill style.

Did you take the warning stickers off the visors?

So I had a pretty busy weekend.. Friday, my bed drawers from Decked showed up at work and I had to get them in that night. Everything from Decked is extremely great quality. I was impressed to say the least. I am someone who takes pride in the work that I do and clearly see that they do too! The instructions were straight forward and they even give you extra hardware, just in case. The one dilemma I had was "what to do with the 120vac outlet?" Being a generator tech/electrician, I wanted something that was water tight, looked like it belonged, and was very versatile. I went with a PVC bell box, ½" cord grip, a weather tight lid, and a black receptacle. In retrospect, I think I will be changing out the receptacle for a single with 2 USB ports. I attached the box using ¼-20 stainless hardware. Luckily Toyota provides enough wire to make it all come together. I used some #16awg eyelet crimp connectors to attach the wires to the receptacle, since she will be bouncing around a bit. It was fun to install and I'm looking forward to loading up the camping gear and getting out of here! I have plans to make a drop in for my camping stove that stores perfectly inside. I will post pictures when that project is complete.

That's a tough call. There's a lot you can do first. Just depending on how much you want to spend. Recovery gear is always a plus , a good off road gps is good to have as well.

Love this creativity! We have seen a few variations of this install and love this idea!

New gear just came in for preparation for the gear to come... I picked up a cheap set of leveling spacers so I could make room for the new wheels and tires coming in a few weeks! I decided to go this route since I really wanted to change the look of the truck. This way I don't have to buy a new set of meats when I do my lift first quarter 2021. Since it will be a daily driver, I'm not sure I want to go any bigger than 33's and this will get me the clearance I need without a full lift.
2 hours in the garage and viola! Clearance!

Back at it again! It took 3 weeks for method race wheels to get in my MR701's but I must say, it was definitely worth the wait! Toyo's were my tire of choice going with the Open Country AT3's. I contemplated 33's but it didn't make sense considering my plans to do the lift next year. I will rock the 32's and save myself the butchering of my truck until I just jump to 35's. I'm definitely glad I went with the bronze.. Method knows how to do bronze well!

I've had the ATIII's for a few months now. Very happy with the all around performance.

Here we go again! I've got a long list this time so I wasn't posting too much. I decided to do a leveling block on the rear suspension to really level it out, the decked system added too much weight. Then the interior chrome was bugging me so I replaced all that with Meso Customs products and it looks CLEAN! Also replaced the wack factory mirror blinkers with blacked out sequentials to match the headlights. Tacoma TRD Pro grill with lights, headlight trim plates and red interior lights. October I should have my BMF sliders and suspension in January! I'll keep this posted.

The bronze on white looks awesome! I originally wanted black wheels, but your bronze wheels look so good.
When I asked my wife which ones to get she said black. So I ordered black. They were on back order for like 5 weeks, so the next day I had complete buyer's remorse because my gut was always telling me "bronze!" I called the shop and switched to bronze, without telling my wife, and she is so glad I did..
