Hello this is my first submission! I need some desperate advice!!
I have a 2019 TRD Sport Tacoma, it has 85k miles. Many of my friends have Tacoma's and they mentioned they heard a weird sound while in my truck. It was this diesel sounding chugging. I always notice it now. When i turn on the truck, idling at the light, everywhere. I investigated online and i saw there was this tacoma tick, but its not a "ticking" sound, its more chugging. I took it to a mechanic and got my oil and filter changed (I have changed every 4 to 5k miles), replaced transmission fluid, and checked spark plugs. The sound is still there and im concerned something is wrong. I have a trip coming up and its been bugging me this whole month. I am really hoping someone could tell me if the sound is normal or not, or what could be wrong.
