3/16 steel. They weigh about 7# each. Compatible with TRD skid.

I bought these a while ago and never installed. Still in original packaging.

@gelsi2033, a little late. I just bought my LCA's a few weeks ago. Good luck! These look solid.
 
@gelsi2033, if you still have these when I get back from Moab I may be interested. I am going to give my Artec Industries 6160 1/4" aluminum a good pounding to see how they hold up. If they fail, I would be interested in purchasing yours if you still have them.
