Electrical Dash Cam Hardwiring

Anyone here have a dashcam that they have hardwired? What did you use, kit or self made? Links to items you've used would be helpful. I know I need a 5v/1.5A output to the camera.

I believe I could just run a power and ground wire from the mini usb connector with a 1.5A inline fuse, but thought someone may have a kit they liked or a better way.

I got a dashcam that came with a fuse adapter BlackVue DR750S (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0759XDG8C/?tag=tacoma3g-20). It was fairly expensive, but I love it. The part I really like is that I can just talk to it through wifi on my phone and grab any video I need.

I forget if I had to buy them separately. If you already have a dashcam, these are great.

Well that is slick. I assume it powers when the truck is in accessory and run then too. Any noticeable interference with mirror functionality?
