CV Axel issue

I just put a locker on the front of my gen 3 Tacoma, the passenger side went perfect and everything turns free, but when I put in the driver side CV axel and hub, it rotated about 90 degrees then stops, in eather direction and seems stiffer than the pass side, just want to see if anyone has seen this and how to fix it before I take the axel and hub back out.
