It Happens all of the time...everywhere, anytime, anybody, crooks have no conscience. Just recently I had purchased my leaf springs, with a company that seems legit, on line business, and I wont name them. I made a purchase online, on a Saturday night, on a product that said in stock. I got my initial conformation email saying the order was received. On Monday second email with oder details, part out of stock, was going to take a month to get. I was fine with that, cause I am still waiting on other parts. order was placed. This was the only place I used my credit card. within 5 minutes of that transaction, my card was jacked. Rung to the max, all across the country, for the next two days before Citi bank called me to notify me of suspected Fraudulent charges. week later new card came.
Meanwhile, I never got a black Friday credit coupon from said merchant. I had emailed the company about overcharge was told it would be taken care of, 3 days later no confirmation email. I called into company to check. The credit was never issued, the next customer service person told me she would take care of, and email. 5 days later still no credit. I call again, once again, I am told it would be taken care of. 2 days later, no credit, I email President of company, last week. He informs me that the credit is issued. I check my account, and see the account has been credited, , and now once again, several thousand new unauthorized credit card transactions, on a card I haven't even used yet.
I sent an email to Company owner with timeline of events. no response.
