Help! Cant find a good regear writeup

Just like the title says, I'm about to install nitro 5.29 gears in my 2016 or and every search for a writeup or install video comes up with "how much does it cost" "do I need 5.29 gears" or "detailed" install videos where they just replace the whole 3rd member.... was hoping someone here has done a writeup or knows where to find one. The process should be pretty standard and straightforward but was hoping to find something
