Can't leave things alone and I'm impulsive. I rushed buying a lot of the stuff.
Wish I would have taken my time and planned it better.

I just like to make things better and tinker so I decided to redo my horn set up.
Went with the Delco Rremy ACDF horn set up because I wanted a little more oomf.

Initial install I made my own wiring harness and used a waterproof relay. Sleeved all the cables with the braided sleeves.
I mounted it with the light bar brackets in the wholes next to the radiator mounts. The t-nuts made is convenient for sizing.
The main beam is a 1.5" x 1.5" anodized aluminum extrusion bar. The horn's brackets work as a ground. So they have to be ground. I sanded down the rear of the brackets. Luckily it ground through the anodizing, light bar brackets and bolt to the frame.

I didn't like the gloss and they had a crappy paint job. I did a shit job at prepping them since the shape and edges. Repainted them to a matte black. But it almost look like a shade of green. The BAMF behind the grill mount was a solid choice. Figured it would give me peace of mine. Then I knew the mounting was good. The only way to make it better is just swap the horns for something else. So the BAMF mount didn't sit right. The middle support was out further than the mount was designed so the top mounting locations were leaned forward. I got 2 new bolts for that since the ones I got were short. 3D printed some spacers and it worked out perfectly. Then grabbed new hardware for the horns. For 6 bolts, 8 washers, 4 nuts it was $25. I felt robbed.

Debated on a simple terminal connector. Could have just designed a small enclosure to hide it. But I was being lazy and impulsive. So I just used the same terminal block from the last setup. Just grabbed a fresh one. Made new sleeved wires. Made it look nice. Was content. Wanted something nice for wire management. Clean that up. Thinking of a solution. I had t-slotted cable management from the old setup. Turns right into a t-slot. I filed it down to fit and smoothed out the edge of the mid section so it would sit back further. Worked out perfect.
Went to function test... Nothing. Checked circuit breaker. Nothing blown. Checked power. Battery > Fused Auxiliary Panel > In-line Fuse > Connector before relay > Relay connectors > Horn switch function with relay. Well duh...
I forgot the horns themselves need to be ground. It was 4am, I didn't feel like continuing. I'll finish it up tonight. Going to sand down the top and bottom of the horn bracket, the top and bottom powdercoating where the washer sandwiches the BAMF mount and then sand down the front under the washer where the bolts secure the mount to the radiator support holes. Should be a good ground. Could also throw in a redundancy and daisy chain a ground from mounted point to each horn to battery. But would be a lot of work just to make it look clean. Content with the new setup. Feel accomplished. Feels good.

Where did you source the Delco Remy ACDF horn set up from?
I bought the horn set on eBay. Used one of the sellers that specializes in them. They pick them, check for function and refinish.
The wiring harness I made myself. I can draw it up or make one for you.
I just recently for the BAMF Behind Grille Mount.

If you were interested I have the old mount available.

CarTrimHome PX6 died. I thought it was pretty good for the price, but when it dies, it dies. I wouldn't recommended.

I did order the Sony XAV-AX8100 plug-n-play kit from Trail Grid Pro.
Don't know if that model works with a front camera. Since it's installed I wanted to keep functionality of it. Grabbing a Anytime Kit would require a switch slot which I am out of.
Maybe the Germes RFCC will work. It says they work with Pioneer and Panasonic head units. So many Sony just wasn't tested. I guess I could always grab one from a place with lenient return policies.
