New to the Taco fam, quick question what’s the biggest wheel size i can go without a spacer/lift kit? And without making any trims to my taco. Thank you.

Biggest wheel size or tire size?

Biggest tire on stock wheels is 265/70/17 and 265/75/16

There's a pretty deep thread on TW that have people running skinny tires pushing 33s on stock suspension. I plan on going 255/85/16 on mine.

if you can send a pic of the tall skinny that would be great, thanks!

265/75/16 or the tall skinny 255/85/16
I have read that the 255/85/16 rub on stock suspension. I wish there was a definitive answer. I want to pull the trigger on some tall skinny tires but don’t want to touch suspension now so I am gun shy.

I did 285/75/16’s on my 2016 trd OR, though I had to trim a bit on the front bumper and a smidge near the rear part of the fender flare.

I had wheel spacers on prior to the install, and they rubbed fiercely, so I got rid of them in the front, and the little trim noted above took car of everything.

I run 265/75/16 Falken Wildpeak AT3ws with no issue on stock suspension
