The main causes of your ac to smell is usually the cabin air filter if changing it does not fix it you can then try Lysol like @Rob Daman that will fix it right away but still change that cabin air filter.

Your condensation drain is on the back of the engine bay on the passenger side. It’s a little hose sticking out. A good sign that it’s clogged is when you stop if the truck doesn’t start looking like it’s draining behind the passenger front wheel, its most likely clogged.

Heh, I just bought a new set of filters this week. Need to get all that dust from the last trip and smoke from the wildfires cleaned out.

That musty smell is normal for any Toyota. I would think something was wrong if it didn’t smell like crap.
