Well, the 3 Gen is leaving the showroom this year and the 6-speed manual "M/T" is only available in 3 Trims in 2024.
The options are strange but somewhat understanding for drivetrain reasons but not for some "why" questions we will never know.
The following is what you cannot package with the MT;
~You cannot get the JBL stereo with a MT.
~MT only comes with a 5-foot bed.
~MT is only in a Double Cab.
~Only a 4X4 has a MT. (maybe)
~No crawl or multi-terrain control with a MT.
~Not all colors in previous years came with a MT (2024+ colors are yet to be confirmed)
~No push start or smart key - just auto door locks.
~ All pre-'24 model MT's started at $36,625. ('24+ is STILL not announced)
To make matters even more difficult 2024 only has the MT in SR5 - Off Road - Sport models.
The Trail Hunter and Pro will NOT carry the MT due to the 4-cylinder engine options on them.... this is a big WHY?
Even stranger is the fact Toyota MAY (again MAY) allow the 4X2 to have a MT but this will be as rare a hen's teeth.
The base cost will be a huge add on to say the least along with the '24 price increases.
MT production numbers are very hard to verify but some say it is at 1 in 100 vehicles across the trim lines.
So, they may offer the MT in 2024+.... BUT finding or getting one is going to be a hill climb.
