Looking outfit my sons truck with lift. We got him a 3” Rough Country lift for Christmas and I’m thinking of going bigger only because I have a brand new set of 35’s. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with installing 35’s on your truck without cutting? Didn’t know if I could accomplish this with a 4” or 6” lift because I’m sure I can’t with the 3” we got him.

35's require cutting a good bit (cab mount chop, trimming of the fenders, bumpers, etc.) if you stay at a 3 inch lift. If you go with a 6 inch lift, you'll have drivetrain angle issues, and probably still have to trim a good bit. 35's would also almost certainly require regearing.
I'd suggest sticking with 33's.
