    Maybe I'm just missing it. But in my searching, I don't see any posts or anyone mentioning how they're adjusting the speedometer/calibration from going to a bigger wheel/tire setup. Every vehicle I've owned in the past, has had an available handheld tuner to adjust for this, so the speedometer...

    He's simply referring to how much further out the wheel will sit in the fender well. More commonly referred to as "offset."
