Lightest Storage Bin and Recovery Gear Solutions?

I wouldn't use them as a tie down. I don't have anything heavy on them but it's made to have a hi-lift jack mounted to it. I figure if they can handle that weight anything else should be fine.

Lightest Storage Bin and Recovery Gear Solutions?

Maybe look into molle panel systems for the bed. I have them on both sides of the bed. Hatchet and splitting axe mounted on one side, sholve on the other with plenty of room to add a med kit. Most people don't have hatchets and axes and have their straps, shackles etc. mounted on the system...

How do y'all wash your trucks? Carwash or hand wash? 👀

After watching some one scrub off 1/4 inch of dirt and rock off his truck (no water just straight to the brush) then his little boy using the brush to clean the bay floor I've never used those on paint. Wheels, tires, bed, tent cover and cab rack get the brush. I go to a car wash, use the...

Can't go wrong with Tacoma Beast or most decal manufacturers. The key to decals is a clean, cool surface. I use Denatured Alcohol to clean the surface and a dish soap and water solution. The solution makes it so it wont stick right away (assuming the area is still wet), making it easier to...

I went with Victory 4x4. They do offer a 40" cut out, it comes with mounting brackets for a light bar and noise reducing trim. It's also slightly cheaper than a Prinsu rack Wind noise isn't too bad, I figure what I do hear is the air hitting the light bar.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. Looking at the install instructions, it's basically a C-clamp around the tracks instead of being mounted in the track. Remove the clamp and with some help, you should be able to easily lift off your RTT with the rails still attached

Recall 3rd gen Tacoma fuel pump recall (Jan 2020)

It drives. Had it towed to the dealership, and like magic it worked for them. Recently had it in for state inspection and they told me, I'll be getting a letter soon since I had it in for low fuel pressure before. Feel like I'm on borrowed time waiting on this letter.

Recall 3rd gen Tacoma fuel pump recall (Jan 2020)

using it on nut/bolts wont work. once you go to tight the up with a wrench it'll peel the plasti dip right off. I've had good experience with engine enamel paint. Used some on lug nuts and the lasted 4 or 5 years (changing wheel sets twice a year) before it started to chip away.
