That belt was kind of a bitch to put on. I just did all my pulleys and tensioner and belt to take care of that pesky whining noise next is the alternator if it comes back.

So I wanted to reach out to you about this high pitch noise issue. Take off the serpentine belt and run the engine around 2000 rpm see if the noise is there or not.. I just had to replace all of the pulleys and the belt tensioner and belt to get rid of my whining. Just a friendly suggestion.

That sucks sorry to hear it.. also if you go under your truck from the passenger side and with a flashlight look up at the back right of the manifold .. if yours is leaking just follow the pink drips filled by a pinkish white powder from it drying. Goodluck

I also understand you said there is only 23,000 miles on them. Are the pistons leaking at all? Can you send more pics the rears look as if they might be weeping could just be dirty just wanted a closer look.
