How do I know when I need to put a fuse block in? What are ways to find the right set up for wiring things up?

Couple minor updates: predator steps from the stealership (should have been in when I picked it up, they weren't and had to wait to have them installed). Tinted windows, tossed on some cheap mudflaps, had the 3M nose mask put on, and a badass front plate mount purchased from @MrProduxn Next...
