    on the side of the rack will work. I have mine there and it works well. just make sure when you get the midland that you make sure all the Chanels are set to wide band.

    So I scrapped the platform idea and decided to just put a 1000 watt inverter in the back to power my fridge. bonus points because it will also recharge my Jackery as well.

    with the seat folded down it blocks the power outlets that I use to power the fridge. also I will loose the space on the floor in front of the platform. and I need that space on the front of the platform for a Molly panel to keep items. I thought about just doing the 60% goose gear platform. but...
