I removed my seat and zip-tied both my weboost and midland radio to the bottom of the seat so it wasnt sitting on the ground. Have had zero issues with the HVAC on either of the units.

Drive my taco in a few weeks at cabin fever with the KDMAX PRO tune, I can tow my trailer on the highway in 5th/6th gear without any issues (5.29's as well). Truck drives even better without the trailer, no gear hunting in the overdrive gears on the highway

I have a similar sound at the moment, but mine occurs when the truck is coasting at speed. Im guessing its more than likely a loose bolt or bad bearing Let us know what you find out!
