Blackhawk 2.0 hasn't been released yet, although we're hoping to finalize and release within the next 6 weeks. We've been doing a soft roll-out with some new customers as we lead up to that.

This is accurate. Originally, credits were used to unlock ECU IDs for editing/flashing. When this policy changed to VIN registration, people were refunded for their credits spent on ECU ID unlocking. Some of us ended up with over 100 credits between the refund and current (at the time) credits...
