    Shopping for a new Tacoma

I figured. More info never hurts. Bummer that they totaled it out. I feel like insurance companies are a bit hyper active. My truck is rebuilt title because of very similar damage. It cost about 2 grand to replace the bumper and grille + massage out some of the bends in the sheet metal. Pretty...

    Shopping for a new Tacoma

Off road and sport are the same gear ratio. You don't see a difference there except between Auto and Manual transmission. Here is a chart that shows each gear + final drive. I dont have the 4cyl, but I don't think anyone would recommend towing with that.

Cab Mount Chop Really Needed For 6" Lift?

I'm going to say you'll probably need to do some trimming even with a 6" lift... I'm not certain, but I had to cut extremely aggressively to get my 35s to fit at full lock. You could probably get away with a pretty minimal chop though. Your problem will be more in bumps while turning than just...

    UpTopOverland upTake Snorkel

Whatever you do, DO NOT do the genesis dual battery kit (or any other) where they're both in the front left corner of the car together. Worst mistake I've made on my truck - way too much weight to put in one spot. I assume by your comment about compatibility with the snorkel though that you're...
