I like bed racks that are functional and looks good at the same time. That’s why I designed and built my own. I don’t have an RTT yet but will soon and it was designed with that in mind. The cool thing as that it’s always a work in progress.

If you have the equipment your best bet is wire wheels and cups all the way. Like the other person said you can yes attachments for drills that may help out.

If it’s just surface rust and not pitted a red scotch brite and some acetone will work. You can also just use some sand paper.
