    you might need to snug up your u-bolts. they don't torque them very tight at the factory.

    it does do that a lot. if you use an obd reader you can see that it goes into open loop whenever you let your foot off the gas

    mine was doing the same thing and it was low on fluid. only about 1/3 of a quart but made a significant difference adding fluid.
