Electrical Anybody here own these headlights?

UPDATE!! For TRD models, these lights do NOT need the extra wiring harness. Pure plug n play.

Electrical Anybody here own these headlights?

Makes sense I didn't think of that part. Since I have factory DRLs, I assume I won't need them. I got another answer from someone, and said they did not use the harness and it works with OR without it.

I just got confused why the hell it needs to connect to the battery haha

Yeah I'll just see what happens when I don't use the harness. It doesn't make sense to use it. Like they just supply the harness regardless.

Don't get me wrong the morimotos are nice, but aesthetically not my style. I'll just install these and not use the harness. 🤔😆

I have these currently on my truck. DRL, Sequential turns. No harness all plug n play. But these DRLs and turn sigs are barely visible during the day.

This has two connections for pos and neg terminals on battery and in-line fuse. Yellow wire splices in to "turn signal" wire. Then two connectors , one to each headlight

Thanks for the reply! I had one other person say he installed that harness then removed it, and didn't it worked with and without it. But yes, mine is a TRD model. I'll opt to not install it and see what happens.

Electrical Anybody here own these headlights?

So I just received these head lights and when I received them, I noticed they came with an extra wiring harness. The harness connects to the battery , which then connects to passenger side headlight. I was under the assumption the lights were "plug n play" for TRD models. If anyone has these...

Pre-Purchase Question RIPP Superchargers COIL PACKS

I was wondering the same. Although the so called 20-30 HP are for the 4.0L motors and around 15 wheel horse power for the 3.5L motor. Me personally, I don't care about extra hp, but I do want to drive it without having to use the ECT button all the time. I was also hesitant that RIPP says...

Honest, no BS opinions on these headlights

These are the ones I currently have installed. THey look good, but the LED's on the drl/seq turn are barely visible during sunny days.

Honest, no BS opinions on these headlights

I've been very conflicted on whether I want to buy these or not. I hear from some people the LED drl/seq turn Light output is very bright, I hear from that also say the light output is shit and barely visible during bright sunnier days. The headlights photo pictured on this post are the lights...

TRD Pro grille lights using oem style switch

So I have been searching around on the 'net trying to find any videos of anyone that uses the oem style switch to control their grille lights. I hesitated for a long time to buy the grille/raptor lights, but finally caved. I'm determined to have the ability to turn them on and off with the...
