• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

    iPhone 13 mount

I use a suction cup style mount off Amazon, it honestly works really well, but during Bohr summer I did a 10hr road trip and noticed the phone would overheat being exposed in the windshield. I’m trying to find another option right now as well. I like the idea of the rail mount on Etsy, just...

I’ve got questions about leveling too, but I’ll save that for another thread haha. Maybe a shell with a offset that better matches the stock wheel ?

those look pretty good. They don’t look like they poke out very much. I think with tires I wouldn’t go any wider If I didn’t have to.

    SCS or Method

Trying to decide on the method nvs and scs sr8. Looking at scs site it shows the 16x8 4” backspacing. Wondering how that would fit under stock trd, I really don’t want to throw rocks/mud all over the side. Planning on wrapping them in the stock wrangler tires until I need new ones. Anyone have...
