Just wanted to start a thread that is geared towards fellow access cab owners, a good place to discuss mods for access cabs and all that good stuff.

Looking at jumping into a prinsu rack soon. Have not witnessed many 3rd gen access’s with the rack.


Post pics and mods of stuff like that so other guys can get inspiration.

I have a white 2016 AC too. Where did you get those sliders or step ups? Your truck looks good
 
I gotta say. Seeing them on the lot is not appealing to me (IMO!) but when you start to mod them, wheels tires lift etc, they look perfect with the longer bed. If I did not have two young kids I would have preferred the access cab. Nice choice guys! Look at all you with your rare trucks ??

Current upgrades-

-Method 701’s 16x8, Falken Wildpeak M/T 265/75R16.

-Low Range Offroad 3/1 lift/level kit.

-Caliraisedled ditch light bracket paired with Caliraisedled side shooter pods, Caliraisedled fog light bracket, paired with Caliraisedled amber led pods.

-Afe MACH Force-Xp 2-1/2"-3" Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust, Afe drop in air intake filter.

-Tint, limo front sun strip, limo rear side windows and back windows, 20% driver and passenger side windows.

-Tufskinz domed Carbon fiber air conditionering rings, Tufskinz domed carbon fiber key ignition ring.

-Importequipment real carbon fiber vinyl air conditioning vent flaps. Super white glove box vinyl inserts.

-Toyota Tacoma long bed bed mat.

-AJT Designs super white fob.

-Center console tray organizer.

-Led white light interior lights.
 
The Access cab is a cool option for people who don't have kids. I like the 6' bed a lot more than than a 5'.

One thing I learned is Access cabs need less spring rate than a double cab because of center of gravity of the cab is closer to front axle, which means less weight on the rear axle
