I know TRAC works off brake booster vacuum. So will it work better, with not having to spin as much before it starts to work IF you keep the rpms low, say at 1,000rpms? If I'm driving diagonal through a ditch that's uphill on the other side, I'm in 4lo with TRAC on in 1st gear (manual) and just idle or very little throttle, would the system work better than spinning with the revs 1,500-2,000rpm where vacuum is diminished?
I get the auto has to rev, but the manual doesn't. Is TRAC more effective at lower revs due to higher vacuum available?
