Intro and request for suggestions

2019 TRD Newbie

1️⃣ Getting Started...
Good afternoon fellow Tacoma owners. I am excited to be a part of this community (Finally). I have always wanted a Tacoma and the stars aligned yesterday. I bought a pre-owned 2019 TRD OR with 116,000 miles on it. I little on the high side but it is what it is. Can't afford a new one. Haha. Anyway, I obtained a CarFax report from the dealer and used it to create a maintenance log which I have done for our RAV4 and F150. Helps me keep on top of service. Anyway, I learned that the first owner had it serviced and the oil and filter done every 5,000 miles up to 20,000 miles (first 4 changes) and sold it to the second owner who did the oil and filter every 10,000 miles up to the current odometer reading. Not ideal as I like to do them every 5,000 miles for the life of the vehicle. The CarFax also reflected scheduled services (as suggested in the service book) done only up to the 25,000 mile service but didn't specify exactly what was done. So, here is my question. I will hit the 120,000 mile mark in a couple of months i'm sure, but what do you all think I need to get checked and done to my truck? I have no idea if trans or coolant flushes were done nor differential fluid checked. I plan on making this truck last a long time. Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I live in the Tri-cities area of Tennessee so any suggestions for service and mechanics are also appreciated.
Thank you all in advance and stay safe y'all.

In my opinion, if you are not sure if it has been done already, I would make sure the following is done.
  • Inspect fan belt and replace if needed.
  • Pull and inspect at least one spark plug and replace them if needed.
  • Service the cooling system (drain, flush, refill, inspect hoses…)
  • Change the transmission filter and fluid
  • Change the transfer case fluid
  • Change the differential oil
  • Inspect breaks (pads, shoes rotors, drums…) and replace if needed.
Probably some other things I am not thinking of but that would be what I would start with if it was me.
