• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

Washington state roll call

wow, this would have been a good opportunity to connect and gain some knowledge. Unfortunately, I am working this Friday and have prior commitments during the weekend!

Hey y’all, Lo here! New to the forum. From the Tacoma/Auburn area! Dropping by to introduce myself and say hi!

I'm Tom, I live on Camano Island at work now. Retire in 7 days will be looking forward to meeting up with like minded Over lander, explorer , enthusiasts.
No picture yet.
Driving a 2017 TRD access, with a eibach suspension and some other goodies.
Will be driving to Boulder, CO. via the Magrudder RD corridor in Idaho to pick up our freshly built Colorado off road teardrop trailer in early July. Return trip route to be determined, open to whatever sparks our interest. Utah most definetly.
Cheers,
Tom

I live in montesano I don't know of anyone in my area that does anything with their taco most of them are stock around here or had stuff slapped on by dealer nothing special.

The wife and I spent a week there back in April was freaking awesome . Just wish we had some company we were trailing solo, but still had fun just took it nice and easy home was far away

Maybe a parking lot meetup for some general rig talk. On a Thursday at 7pm. maybe July 9th. just throwing a date out there. I'll try to keep a lookout for a good parking lot to met at since I'm new to the area. Got any recommendations for a location?
What's the word Im back and haven't been on in a long time I wanna get in touch with more Tacoma owners in WA area I live out on the coast 30min from the ocean

Any trips coming up soon ?
I’m thinking of planning a couple day runs once the snow is mostly melted off. The last couple times I recently went out we hit snow at 4K feet level. I’ll post when I’m planning them. Also I want to try and plan a parking lot meet near south center in tukwila. I got a spot located just need to flush out the details with the property owner.

I’ll post up some details once I get the plans locked in.

Finally registered after all these years. I'm in the Kitsap area - a ferry ride from Seattle (or a 55 minute drive) been here since 2001.

Got my first 2017 SR5 (Blazin Blue Pearl) in NOV 2016, jeep compass pulled out in front of me January this year. Her insurance had the truck for evaluation and damaged it more and it was sitting. 51 days later get hit head on in my new to me Lexus RC 350 F SPORT (Mica blue) by someone high on heroin the day after I put the plates on.

Now I'm back in another Tacoma but a TRD Sport that's Magnetic Grey. Here's to hoping I can actually drive this vehicle until I'm long gone. Excited to be on here and watch out for the crazy people on the road!

Welcome to the forum and thank you for the donation!

Sucks about your truck but I know the feeling. Someone “fell asleep” and sideswiped mine after 3-4 months of owning it, totaling his car and doing $13,000 in damage to mine. It made me love my truck a little less because it wasn’t original anymore (they had to replace most passenger side body panels/doors/suspension.

Gotta love those people who ruin a good thing. I'm sorry that happened to you but glad that was all and you were safe.

I CAN verify these trucks will protect you going 25-30 MPH vs a Jeep who pulls out in front of you and does a deer in headlights move - I had 15 ft of stopping clearance with weight in the back. Would I recommend duplicating, HECK NO LOL whiplash hurts and post concussion sucks.

I absolutely loved that blue, the 100k I put on her were all smiles it was nice not having a payment for a little bit but such is life - long live the T3Gs!

Dropping my 100k mile collages :)

Time to tinker with the new one 💨

Ouch, dude...I had some minor paint damage that I had fixed on my passenger side 2 months ago. Even though they only had to re-do the clearcoat (didn't touch the color coat thank god) I've been bumming about it. Guess I shouldn't complain.

Nice thrasher sticker btw.
