Reposting this here. Looking for an affordable Head Unit that accepts 720P AHD signal (whatever that means?). Any suggestions?

I don't have direct experience with this so I'm going to think out loud for a second.

Is the Natika camera any different from the ones that come in the Anytime kit? If it's the same, I suspect the signal won't be a problem since it works just fine with the stock HU and rear camera with nothing more than a relay. However, connecting it might be tricky. What's your end game with this? Replace the rear camera feed? Add a new one?

So this one (WD-779) is supposedly better than the Nakita that comes with the kit (WD-011). Less fisheye, clearer picture. I bought the kit from Brian at Anytime. I upgraded the camera for a front facing camera. I need a Head Unit that accepts true 720P AHD signal.

Not sure if the P9 is 720p, but you can grab one super cheap now. No issues with mine.
