Battle Born Offroad has everything you need to keep your shocks preforming at their best. Our Las Vegas Shock Rebuild service is for daily drivers, weekend warriors, prerunners, overlanders, racers and more! Below is our general price menu of shock refresh and revalving services. Price may be higher if product is severely damaged and requires replacement parts that will exceed original estimate. BBO will call you with a revised estimate for your approval prior to work being started.

SHOCK REBUILD / REFRESH SERVICE
We start with a deep cleaning to remove grease, shock oil, dirt and other road grime. Our citrus based cleaners do not harm shock finishes or anodizing. After a deep clean, a thorough shock inspection is performed to look for damage and/or wear. From there, we perform a complete tear down and rebuild of damper, including new seals, fresh oil, debur and polish shock shaft and nitrogen recharge. All consumables and labor are included in prices below.

Viton Seal Kit Upgrade – $20 per shock
Top Quality Viton Seals throughout the shock(s).Viton seals have a high temperature range, and are perfect for use in extreme prerunner, play, and race applications. May leak on street driven, low heat applications.
Install UTV Spring Kit - $350
Remove shocks, install spring kit to manufacturers specs, test and re-check rideheight, make final adjustments.
Extra services - call for pricing
We can add compression or dual speed compression knobs to shocks, add remote or finned reservoirs, convert shocks from piggyback to remote, replace hoses, replace bearings, replace bushings, anodizing and shock color customizing, etc. Contact for details!
