He probably padded some wait time in there, since most dealers can't get to your truck the instant it rolls on the lot.
The actual flash takes about two minutes.
A lot of people fixed this issue by using an OBD reader (and/or Techstream) to reset the error codes. I'd try that before paying for a recalibration at the dealer.

Derivative life tip, put the headrests in that spot after you fold the seat backs down, and remove / set aside before you raise the seat back. Especially if you keep your front seats in a realistic long-legged setting. Its a first-world annoyance to have to find a spot and set the headrests...
Check out online dealerships and parts wholesalers, they vary daily on who has free shipping and who is discounting. I've seen them go for less than $700 for a set, delivered.
I've been eyeballing the 4Runner Pro wheels for a while. I just might pull the trigger on these later this year. They are reasonably priced, come in black, gray, or bronze, and of course, already Toyota branded.
