• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

Always wanted a sport hood mostly cuz it looks cool. Might be looking into that soon. I heard seibon has a cool setup.

Someone stole your hood!

I really had to do that cause when I took my bed off everyone, literally everyone said that to me lol

Whatcha doing?

😂 your tailgate is some serious legit fab work 👍 looks great btw.

Just remodeling the front end a bit 😉

Thanks man, I feel it’s not the greatest but it serves its purpose and works lol. I have an idea for another way I wanna do it, just haven’t gotten around to it yet lol.

Mhm ok, let’s see it when it’s done 👊💪

Headed up to yellowstone Wyoming this week from irvine California. Taking the 15 all the way to the 20. Any one got any suggestions /tips on places to visit on my way there that aren't too far off the 15? If so I'd appreciate your input! Wouldn't want to miss an opportunity.

We reached Wyoming and found this awesome spot to camp near the lake, where I also did some fishing. Should be reaching yellowstone soon !

while ive mixed in passion for automotive , also being my line of work, its fun combining camp/ fishing/ mtb / offroading / photography / and reaching the next big mountain for those scenes. at the end of the day all the gear we've accumulated on our trucks have equipped us (but necessary) to not have an excuse to not go out and enjoy these lands. this trip was prob one of my favorites along with the eastern sierras. hope you guys enjoy this episode ! its short and sweet. plus i dont talk to much on this one lol.

I started getting the rig ready again for overland expo super excited to attend this year
been trying to find some better roof cargo boxes that are quick release too.

Just wanted to say, when you sell the truck I want your hood. Did you clear coat it?
haha ill let you know. i did not clear coat it. its held up great so far. no scratches still, no dents or dings, cleans up super nice when i wash the rig.
seibon has a newer version that they came out with. now its got some side vents . but honestly id still choose the one i have.
