• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

We have 4 Bare Tacoma racks in stock now. Configurable in 12" and 16" long bed and short bed. Please dm or email if interested!

Hey, help me understand something. I'm looking at the image in your profile picture. That height on bed racks always confused me. Wouldn't that block your rearview significantly? Why not go level with the cab? Is it to reduce wind noise/increase aerodynamics when you have something like a RTT mounted there?

We offer a lower 12" and a 16". The 12" is what is in my profile picture and yes it does block the rear window but like you said it helps alot with wind drag, CG, and a little with noise and MPG. The 16" rack does not block the rear view window but makes your CG higher and will make a bigger hit on MPG. There are positives and negatives to both which is why we offer both height options.

Finally some T3G photos!
