When we started planning for MAX Modular, we wanted to incorporate everything that we've learned about bed racks in the last few years.

We also wanted to integrate all the features that our customers regularly use.

These are the strongest, most versatile racks we've ever made.

All racks come equipped with mounting holes for the following accessories:
  • MAX Universal Hi Lift Jack Brackets
  • MAX Traction Board Brackets
  • MAX Outboard Bike Mounts
  • MAX Universal Awning Brackets
  • RotoPax Fuel Packs

@KB Voodoo Fabrications as soon as my OVT purchase is paid off i'm definitely interested in that 14" bed rack. With the tonneau brackets adding 2.5 additional inches would a standard RTT sit higher than the cab in your opinion? If so by how much? I have the extang solid fold 2.0, with the 14" i suspect i wouldnt be able to open the tonneau, if i wanted to remove the tonneau can the bed rack still be attached or does that need to be removed first? Any military, Tacoma 3g discounts? Thanks for the help!

With the tonneau brackets, the 14" rack will put your tent a little above the cab. Measure your truck and measure your tent to know exactly how much higher.

You would not be able to flip the cover open with the rack in place.

You can remove the cover with the rack in place.

I have the 10", and this is how my tent sits (with the tonneau brackets as well)

Do the bike attachments come with fork mounts and rear tray?

@taco_del_infierno wow the 10" sits a lot higher than i thought! I would be getting the tonneau brackets as well, so 14" with the additional 2.5 would be well above cab height with the tent. Do you ever wish you had the higher racks, hindsight is always 20/20 right!

I like the 14” personally. Great visibility out the rear window, but it’s not too high.

No ragrets! I love the way it sits now. The back bar does block visibility a bit, bit I can still see out for the most part.

As anyone put these brackets to the off road test. Just have seen tent brackets break from the jolting of the off road load.

Yes, I see it thin and only has on bolt connection that’s exposed. Just worried it will snap with a heavy load and shift while off-roading

Ordered the new model of this URTC. Looks great and functions as stated with a MX4 Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover - can fully flip up the tonneau cover and clear the rack. However, one of the problems I've read about is still present (powdercoat peeling off after a month of minimal use, without mounting or hauling any loads, eventually forming tons of rust all over the rack etc.) Additionally, the rack is definitely not rated *as-is* for any dynamic use, let alone 300 lbs or a RTT. All the screws and connections that hold this rack together came loose within two months of mere road driving and required continual tightening. When taken lightly offroad, the rack damn near came apart. I think this design is close to being completed, but I would definitely wait until it is back up with the next version and peer reviews confirm these issues are addressed. The URTC is no longer available on the website, which might be a sign that I got an experimental run of this, so perhaps the next version is being re-designed. If that is the case, you will definitely want to wait until this one is straightened out before you shell out ~$1500. For reference, the URTC rack with two top bars and two side bars (4 total) was used in my system. Overall, pretty disappointed in this not-so-cheap rack system, especially given the recent reviews of Voodoo's other racks. I had read mixed reviews about their customer service, but the reviews stating their disappointment are starting to hold more water as the response I was given from Voodoo was "powdercoating is not armor and go buy some loctite and semi-gloss paint".
