I may have to pull the trigger now on my front bumper to match my pre-ordered rear. ?

You ordered your bumper in February and still waiting. I guess I’m just fucked, I ordered front and rear bumper, sliders, full skids, lights and winch in May. I feel you on the phone calls.

We just had new phones installed and they suck. We have been trying to fix this issue, I suppose thats what we get for going with Cox. Shoot me an email, even when I am not in the shop I still typically can reply to those! Michael@pelfreybilt.com

I apologize you guys feel that way. At about 30 calls a day with an 18 min average call time I do what I can to get back to everyone. In just writing this message, while on the phone with a customer (thank god I can multitask) I have missed 3 calls that I will have to stay late to call back (if they leave a VM). It is something we are working on but we just lost 2 employees so the workload has doubled.
